Kevin O’Neill is a lifelong resident of Delaware County who owns his own general practice law firm. He has been a key player in all the improvements of the past few years, including new streetscapes and landscaping, improved recreational facilities, rejuvenated business districts, and stable finances. After 21 years as a teacher, she knows how to collaborate with others to accomplish significant goals.
